As an organization, our mission is to provide support through scholarships and monetary awards - assisting students as they seek a post secondary education.

ABOUT US
Family Affair Initiative Inc. was founded in 2009 by Doris Thomas who was compelled to change the educational outlook of young people by addressing the financial hurdle that so many of them encounter on the pathway to colleges and careers.
This grassroots organization is comprised of a team of professionals with many years of experience in the education and business industries. This team is committed to supporting Chicago-land, college-bound high school students and single parents, up to 25 years of age, in their desire to attend an accredited institution of higher learning.
